Spectrum in Gold: Color Study No. 6 (Fuchsia-Cobalt)

Spectrum in Gold: Color Study No. 6 (Fuchsia–Cobalt) is part of my Spectrum in Gold: Color Studies series—12 x 12 inch panels in resin, acrylic, and ink, each built on a color gradient and encased in a custom mirrored gold frame. This color study shifts from bright fuchsia and magenta through violet into deep cobalt blue, with ink layered behind a grid of resin lenses that catch the light and emphasize the gradient. The piece can stand alone or be combined with other works from the series to create larger groupings or a full nine-panel installation.
